Modification of constituent documents
Change of executive body – directors, moving to other office, occupation other kind of activity and other changes are subject to registration in public authorities and to entering into constituent documents. Important in due time and competently to make changes to constituent documents and to inform public authorities and partners.
Are necessary for change of the director:
- company details,
- scan copy of the identity card of the new director.
- The decision on change of the director is subject to notarial assurance.
For change of the legal address it will be required:
- notarial copy of the new lease contract
- copies of documents of title
- the decision/protocol from participants.
For introduction of other changes it is required:
- constituent documents in the new edition or as annex to existing.
